DESIGN AND CHASSIS
The Tri-brid vehicle is designed basing on the consideration that make up in developing the vehicle that has the design which share its resemblance in many of the earlier two wheeler design. As the Every production process begins with design and drafting, the project is also has started off in the same way.
The design of this tri-brid vehicle followed an adaptive design that is similar to that of design used for few three wheelers earlier in the market. Though it has slight resemble in the design with earlier vehicle but it stands out of the line with its approach towards drafting. A preliminary design in the form of a rough sketch is taken and processed on to computer for future design.
The design was imparted in AutoCAD. A basic design was developed and compared with the initial sketch. This design is passed on for the real design with the help of AutoCAD to make a final design of suitable chassis
The design is congregate of few vehicles like two wheeler vehicles which design has been inspiration for this project. This adaptive design is further developed according to requirements like handle, tail, portion wheel base, caster, camber etc. Few improvisations were made depending on the possibilities of placing mounts and other auxiliary equipment.
The chassis is designed by making few adjusting to the reference chassis and it developed for making it suitable for the operation of its kind. The design is future developed into the final design by making few moderations at the required portions of assembly. A final design is made and sent for fabrication.
